An ever-changing video chronicling of what daily life is like if you happen to be a sassy actress with lots of pluck looking for work in Hollywood (or New York) who is half Lebanese and half Irish, was raised in the American South, is married to one of the world's funniest comedians, possesses a slew of ridiculously bright, talented friends, is kind of voyeuristic about humanity, and has a quirky sense of self and humor...there are no second takes.
This was a simply stellar entry. At first, I thought it was due to Common Rotation's unrivaled kick-ass-ness, but the more I thought about it, I realized it must be because the character of Aaron has at last returned!
ReplyDelete"i hear you beat your personal best on wordtwist" is the funniest.
ReplyDeleteget more credit for that.
Sooo glad to see you ( and Aaron ) back in LA!
ReplyDeleteAll of Janie's 1000 fans (I assume we're counting unique hits) should come and see her in this Saturday evening's show. She is far too humble, as she gave a terrific, charming performance in rehearsal and will continue to be terrific and charming in the show.
ReplyDelete(Now can I be on the vlog?)
I'm sorry, but this whole thing makes me sick.
ReplyDeleteA NYC two-parter and ZERO comments?
These fucking LA snobs are just too much. Unbelievable.
They'd rather watch you eat Texas toast at Norm's than attend the greatest party of 2008.
Sickening.
Tom.

la snobs
It's cool how in the first scene, you mention foley artists, while demonstrating foley artistry with that excellent turn-signal effect. But after that, there are many missed foley opportunities. For instance: when B..J. Porter is masturbating, and Jimmy Pardo's footsteps.
ReplyDeleteI did not mean to type extra periods in B.J. Porter's name. It seems like I was going for some sort of innuendo there. That was not the case.
